Explore: The Interface in AutoCad for Mac

  1. it looks like the trueAutoCAD interface of the past, yeah there are buttons, but they are in palettes, not on tabs. Both ways work, but the mac interface has a "professional feel. It is also easy to navigate.

  2. I agree with you P wally! The Mac Interface is VERY friendly, "Mac" simple and easy to navigate. The "Help" feature in AutoCad for mac is animated and the user can easily find tools throughout the program by just entering key words and getting an animated arrow to indicate where tools are at (instead of just reading the explanation). This can be a great tool for familiarizing with the interface....and I will talk about the "Help" feature on the next post!

Do you have AutoCad for Mac already? I will be posting videos and blogging about specific tools and palettes as well as different functions and features within AutoCad for Mac (compared to Win AutoCad 2011), but if you are interested in any specific topic, please feel free to ask!

Thank you so much for sharing your post and hope to read more from you!
